So far, there is ALOT of rules.  The layout of the page is very strict as to unify the layout for all entries.  I will most likely have to revisit the Manual to insure I am following these laws.  As far as formating the page with the indicated markups, it probably will not be too difficult.  Just like with the manual, I will have to revisit the markup site from time to time to make the adjustments to my post.  I feel confident about my knowledge of my location, and of the information I can present, but a little hesitant about formatting to wikitravel specs.  My biggest challenge will be making sure I meet all the wiki criteria.

Beavertail, Wickford, Newport, -Rhode Island

I will create a totally new page for whichever location I use, and will expnad upon each with my personal accounts at each location.  I have spent the most time at Beavertail and Wickford and would probably be able to cite more about those two.

Readers should trust me as the author beacause I hold a certain credibility for spearfishing through my extensive experience and knowledge.  Throughout the years, I have compiled all the expensive equipment necessary and fully understand all the mehanics behind the tools of the trade.  I have hundreds of hours devoted to scouting areas and getting in the water searching for fish.  And I've lived and fished in Rhode Island my whole life and have talked with experts concerning tactics and local hot spots.
